1. About Rebrand POS
Rebrand POS is a private-label point of sale software service operated by an individual sole trader based in Larnaca, Cyprus. By purchasing or using Rebrand POS, you agree to these terms.
2. The Service
Rebrand POS provides a hosted, branded billing and reporting system configured to your business. The service includes:
A hosted web application accessible via a unique URL
Configuration of your services, prices, VAT rates, and currency
Automated Telegram report delivery
Ongoing support for menu and pricing changes
3. Setup Fee & Monthly Subscription
A one-time setup fee covers the initial configuration and deployment of your system. A monthly subscription of €19 covers continued hosting, Telegram automation, and ongoing support. The setup fee is non-refundable once configuration has begun. Monthly fees are charged in advance and cover the following calendar month.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no penalty. Access continues until the end of the paid period. There are no lock-in contracts or minimum terms.
5. Payment Processing
Rebrand POS does not process card payments on your behalf. It logs and tracks payment methods for reporting purposes only. You remain responsible for your own payment processing arrangements.
6. Data & Privacy
Your billing data is stored in a dedicated database instance. It is not shared with third parties or aggregated with other clients' data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
7. Uptime & Availability
We aim for maximum uptime using industry-standard hosting providers (Netlify, Railway, MongoDB Atlas). We do not guarantee uninterrupted service but will resolve any outages promptly. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rebrand POS is provided as-is. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or business arising from system downtime, misconfiguration, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the monthly fee paid in the month in which the issue arose.
9. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to update pricing with 30 days' written notice. Changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated date.

2. What Data We Collect
When you use or sign up for Rebrand POS, we may collect:
Your name, business name, email address, and phone number
Your business configuration data (services, prices, VAT rates, currency)
Your Telegram username for report delivery
Billing transaction data entered into your POS system
Payment information processed via Stripe (we do not store card details)
3. How We Use Your Data
To configure and operate your Rebrand POS system
To deliver automated reports to your Telegram account
To provide support and process changes to your configuration
To process payments via Stripe
To communicate important service updates
4. Data Storage & Security
Your billing data is stored in a dedicated MongoDB Atlas database instance hosted in the EU. Your data is not shared with, or accessible by, other Rebrand POS clients. We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) throughout.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate Rebrand POS:
If you are based in the EU/EEA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@rebrandpos.com. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation to allow for any final reporting needs. After this period, your data is permanently deleted on request.
